I got all India rank of 71457 rank and 32370 obc category rank in icar .is there any chance of getting bsc agri or other courses in any uni or colleges including AP? pls suggest.

It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year. You have less chances of getting B.Sc Agriculture or other courses in good Colleges for your Rank, based on previous year's cut-offs.
Cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
---> Caste Category of the students.
---> Number of students appeared in the exam.
---> Difficulty level of the exam.
---> Number of seats available, etc.
