Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT, Una), Una was established in the year 2014 by the Central Government in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. The institute is funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. Currently, IIIT Una operates from the temporary campus. The institute offers undergraduate (B.Tech) courses in various areas.

Indian Institute of Information Technology, Una provides various infrastructural facilities to the students and faculty such as separate hostels for boys and girls, mess facility to serve food to the students, library with a collection of books, sports facilities. Various other facilities like wi-fi, etc are also available.

The fees for B.Tech in any branch is Rs. 7.91 L.

Indian Institute of Information Technology Una offers scholarships to eligible students on the basis of parent income. Also for below poverty line students and other category based students, there are scholarships offered.

According to the official documents released by the IIIT UNA authority on its official website the total fees for B.Tech students is around 8Lakhs that is 1 lakh per semester.

Now if you want to get the scholarship then it mainly depends on your rank and your family income.Your fee waiver according to your rank will only be known when the college releases a circular and on the basis of category and family income you can fill the scholarship form under National scholarship programme and you will definitely get the scholarship.
