I got allotment in second round in anesthesia field but I want dermatology field. so if I get in 3rd round what charges I pay

If you get a seat then you have to pay seat acceptance fees of Rs 20000 (GN) for participating in next round . Otherwise you are out of whole counselling process.
If you don't get a seat then you need not to pay anything and you can continue in counselling.
