I got allotted to cmr Univ in 1st round PGCET as my rank is 11084 and i chose choice 2 and now the upper colleges above the allotted colege in the list is Reva presidency Univ and presidency colege so even if the seats is left in these cols but my rank is lower compared to their cols wil i get seat

It is quite difficult to predict the seat allotment for second round as it depends on the seat availability and rank of the candidate.
