I got an average score in neet 2021 so for pvt colleges I'll have to go for state counsellings? I am from Bihar but would I like to go for colleges at rajasthan and UP private one so is this risk taking... ? even state counselling goes round wise.... I want a detail on it...

If you are getting a college in Rajasthan/UP in the first counselling itself you can opt for it without hesitating. But if that is not the case, it would be better if you take admission in any college where you are getting in the first round itself and then change your college ( by taking admission in the college of your preference) in the later rounds.
