Hello Aspirant !!

After getting a seat in the first round through All India Quota you can go to the respective college and get your documents verified. In case you do not want it you can quit the counselling or not go the respective college in the due date . As it is a free round your securit deposit will be returned to you in the account number given.

In case of the second round of counselling ,after getting allotment you need to go to the respective college , denying which will cost you the security deposit as a penalty .

All the best.

Hope this helps .
