It is difficult to predict because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, number of seats available, difficulty level of the exam, etc. You have not mentioned your Category, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it.

For your AP EAMCET Rank it is difficult to get B.Tech Computer Science Engineering branch in Pragati Engineering College, Andhra Pradesh based on previous year's Closing Ranks i.e 16138 for OC Category Boys. So try for some other College or go for Management quota seats.
