I got around 440+ marks in meet 2018 ,I'm belangs to sc candidate of telangana state,can I get govt medical college.......?

Of course there is a good chance that you can get a government medical college in Telengana. With reservation quota you might get a decent college but not with the general rank.
There are a number of medical colleges you may choose from in Telengana. Depending on your rank you may be allowed accordingly.
You may also choose to apply for medical colleges outside your state with the All India Rank.
