For government college your  general rank should have been at least around 20,000

In 2019 , in 3rd round of wbjee,20244  general rank for obc-B category  was the closing rank for a government engineering college and it was for Govt. College Of Engineering & Textile Technology, Serampore , Apparel & Production Management

You have chances in private engineering colleges like:-
