There's no compulsion of reporting at the same participating Institute (in your case NIT Trichy). You can report anywhere but the institute should be mentioned in the list of all the colleges in JoSAA 2019. To avoid delay and hotchpotch please report at any of the nearest reporting centres.

I have reported at VIJAYAWADA SPA and got seat allotment letter and then when I gave to Trichy NIT to join and registration, is any specific dates

No not yet. Let the entire counselling process end. Dates for admission will be updated on the Institute's website. Do check that.
