Hello Student  ,First of all you have to decide

In which subject you have much interest to continue the course. If you are very much interested in Bachelor of Ayurvedic medicine & surgery course then do not disrupt the course in the midway or leave it for another course. If Do you have   much interest in veterinary doctor course then you have to take this course leaving your prior course of Bachelor of Ayurvedic medicine & surgery. In Both of the  Courses there is a scope for practice and to open one's own clinic or chamber. Nowadays according to short views it informs that BVSc course is more attractive and have the great market value and scope of practice than Bachelor of Ayurvedic medicine and surgery course.

Hope this helps.
