If you wish for improvement in CAP round 2 of counselling then please select Float/Slide option during counselling process. If the seats in your higher preferred college is vacant and your merit is high enough you may get that seat else you will be alloted previously alloted seat. If you do not wish for improvement then select Freeze option. Hope this helps!
