I got bmsce in 2nd round in kcet,i joined there and admitted but now the same clg is given in 3rd round even though i joined there bt they

You doubt is that why your college is participating in third round when it already participated in previous round right ?
It is because there seat has been not fulfilled in every branch so they taking more students.College main aim is to full their seats that what they actually doing.
