I got both CVR and MVSR and SNIST colleges which I should opt for, I am confused a lot .suggest me something I need to study mechanical engineering and I want the good professors to teach, so which college has the best professors?

The quality of these three colleges is same, And according to good professor I'm suggesting you to take admission in SNIST. In SNIST Professors are highly educated. They are well experienced. They are friendly in nature. Professors helps student. And SNIST labs for mechanical engineering is better than CVR and MVSR. the education quality of SNIST is better than CVR and MVSR. According to me you should go with SNIST. SNIST is better than CVR and MVSR.
