I got branch rank 219 in ECET can I get free seat in top college in Hyderabad as i am belong to SC category?

If you wish to opt for free seats in ECET entrance exam which deals with complete fee reimbursement and for that you obviously need a good rank, which should be within 200, but since you are from SC category and have secured a rank 219, you have fair chances of getting a free seat in Hyderabad,
