There is no such thing as B.Tech in AI because government has still not approved it yet there is M.Tech in A.I. but there is B.Tech in CSE with AI specialization in first two years you are taught the normal things that are taught to every CSE student right from basics of C,C++,Data Structures things like that because no matter what field in CSE you need to know these after that you are taught mathematics of AI then you dive in AI with Python,Matlab or R programming but most common is Python and MATLAB and for me MATLAB is easier you will be taught MATLAB  too by 3rd sem so these are what the difference are between these two degrees

b.tech in AI means you need to learn all the computer related subjects of b. Tech and apart from that you will be specialized in Artificial Intelligence(AI) field. you will not find any difficulties in learning in AI, becahse you are going to every subject that are getting offered in b.tech.
