Abhishek, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, to be even shortlisted for any IIM, including baby IIMs, you need an overall percentils of above 95. And IIMs also look into your academic profile for shortlisting you. Unfortunately, truth be told, your 12th and 10th marks might land you in trouble, To balance that, you will need nothing less than 95 percentile in CAT. If you want to study in any of the IIMs, you may have to consider the option of appearing for CAT this year and meanwhile put up some work experience to make your profile diversified.

With your CAT percentile it's very difficult to get a call from the IIMs, if you fall in general category. But if you belong to the reserved categories then you can have some chances of getting a call from the newer IIMs like Rohtak, Sirmaur, Sambalpur, Bodhgaya, Jammu and others. But since almost all the IIMs have released their shortlist and the interview process has already begun for some of them your chances of getting a call now is a little bleak.
