I got chemical branch in osmania university. But I want to study CSE .Is possible to change my branch to CSE afer complete of 1s year btech?

Osmania university at Andhra Pradesh does give the flexibilty of changing branch in engineering. But, the process is not that simple.You are required to top your branch above distinction only then you will have to appeal to the incharge of college about your branch transfer. This branch transfer is also prior to the availability of vacant seats in the requested branch i.e. CSE.

You can still try to do that though.

Osmania University is a good university for both CSE and Chemical. But if you want to do CSE you can get your branch changed after the first year if you have good aggregate marks in your semester 1 and 2. Because the syllabus of the first year is common for all the branches you can get your branch changed if you get marks in top-ranked students.

There is no such rules that you can change your branch after 1 year in Osmania University. Many colleges like iits offer such facility but Osmania University do not but you can change your branch in further rounds of counseling.
