For education purpose and overall development IRTT Tamil Nadu is a high rated institution .
IRTT is administered by the All Transport Corporations of the Government of Tamil Nadu and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
But as far as placements are concerned , the median package of the institution is around 2.8-3 lakhs , which is quite low.
But you can also consider off campus placement , and if you become a really good Engineer then you will definitely get a good pay job.

IRTT is a good college in TN, it has some good teachers. The education is good.
Based on their report 80% students got their placements. which is good number as some percent will go for higher studies, some will go for direct jobs and other will go for startups. So this is a good number of placements.
there are many ppl from IRTT going into govt jobs. So you have good education and opportunities
