Only the students who apply through GATE scores are eligible for stipend at the particular institutes.



So, in order to answer your question, if you apply through TANCA for PG instead of GATE score, although you have qualified GATE, you won't be eligible for stipend.



Therefore, i would recommend you to take admission through GATE scores if possible.
