i got college in cap 1 but i dont want that college so do i 'have' to select betterement (not freeze) or i will be eligible for cap 2 ?

Hello Neha, in this case you have to select the Float option which will be accepting the current offered seat and also be open to be considered for better colleges and better programs in the further counselling rounds. It is considered the safest to choose Float option. hope this helps.
