i got college in first round which is my first choice that i lock but i want to float that round.... can i get another college in next round

If you don't want that college then only you should go for float option. otherwise, you have to go for freeze.

my problem is that i got first college which i locked in locking process......but i didn't want that college because of it change from government to private..... so i want to withdraw....i have no option for float

You can't change it now as it was your first choice you can't go for upgradation. You have to take that college or you will be out from the counselling.
