In the NEET 2025 application form , you must enter the marks from the compartment marksheet since it is your final and updated result. The original marksheet (before the compartment exam) is not valid anymore as your chemistry marks have been improved.

During NEET counseling , only the final passing marksheet will be considered, so there should be no problem. Ensure that the board issues a consolidated marksheet; if not, submit both (original + compartment) if required.

You need to enter the marks from your compartment exam marksheet in the NEET 2025 application form, as it is your updated and valid score.

For NEET counseling, there won’t be any issue as long as you have passed all subjects and meet the eligibility criteria (50% aggregate for UR, 40% for SC/ST/OBC in PCB). Just ensure you have both your original and compartment marksheets for verification if required.
