Yes, you can apply for NEET 2019. There is no restrictions for Private Candidates. Any Person who satisfy the eligibility criteria of NEET 2019 can apply for the same.

But ankit in the neet 2019 notification it is written that private candidates are not eligible Then how will i appear in exam
