I got compartment in maths last year class 12 PCM CS CBSE, gave compartment 2nd exam this year still didn't pass, this will be my last chance to clear, how should I study to clear it from scratch to get more than 50% or pass at least? please help!

I have scored 74 aggregate in PCM while 58% in maths...while in all other subjects its more than 88%..Am I not eligible for Bitsat....And if not what can I do about it without waiting for next year and give improvement exam.....Will mailing CBSE or BITS help...Kindly answer
