i got compartment in one subject in 2020 and i am going to give my 2nd compartment on only one subject i got compartment in 2020 can i apply for neet 2021 as im confident of clearing that subject rhis year pls help

You will be appearing for your compartment examination this year as a private candidate and private candidate are eligible for Neet examination until the supreme court passes its judgement over it ,so yes you are eligible for Neet 2021 but yes this eligibility is provisional and and your eligibility for admission after qualifying neet will depend upon the outcome of the result , that is if you will meet Neet eligibility criteria provided below :-
You should have cleared your compartment examination and after clearing it , you must have
-) at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-) at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category
-)at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of general pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

Though you have appeared for 12th examination in 2020 but you have failed in it and so your highest qualification is still not 12th .

Yes, you can apply for NEET 2021 provided that you must have passed 10+2 with English, Biology, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board. If you belong to general category you must have pass with minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCB taken together, for SC/ST/OBC it is 40% aggregate marks and for PWD it is 45% aggregate marks.
You must pass in the compartment exam and obtain the certificate on or before the counselling. You will be eligible to get admission if you fulfill the above eligibility requirement and qualify in NEET UG 2021.
