According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs or good GFTIs even after considering your Home state, as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. You can also try for some private colleges through Management quota.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
