I got CSE in pragathi engineering college in 1st counselling,I don't report and allotted in that college ,is their any possibility realloted

Like? You applied for upgradation or simply just didn't do any action?
If you'd have applied for Upgradation then you'll get a better college.
But if allotment is cancelled you must go and talk to the college people only that if they still have seats left.
