Both the universities selected by you are very good as both of them have Deemed to be University status. But I suggest you to go with VelTech University Chennai because it has many national as well as international standards accreditation. It is Diamond rated in Q-guage Ratings. Also 'A' grade NAAC Accredited. VelTech University has achieved 86th rank in NIRF RANKINGS and stands amingam 5th in private universities category by AIIRA.
