I got CVR in tspgecet 1st phase(rank 163-ECE) for Embedded systems.If I apply 2nd phase & I didn't got any college,will 1st one remains/not?

Hi.
If you have paid challen for first Allotment to hold your adimission then your seat remains for you after second couselling and if you good better college in second Allotment then put a trasfer of your money to second alloted seat or else don't put by this way your first alloted seat will remain for you and this is a better idea and if you haven't paid any challen then your seat will not be hold for you and if you haven't got any college in second phase then you can't go for first alloted seat if you haven't paid challen to hold your seat
