I got DTU IT and NSIT IT which college is best with regarding to campus life , fees, education levels ......

Both the colleges are good in their own ways and no one should ever say one is sanctimonious than the other.
Campus: DTU has got one of the most beautiful campus in the country but both NSIT and DTU have a comparable size with a difference less than 10 acres in DTU's favour. Both have an area greater than 140 acres and come second only to IIT Delhi in Delhi. Both are located near metro stations and have e-ricks available to ferry students. However NSIT is located near Dwarka Mor metro station which is on the blue line while DTU has proximity to red and yellow line.
Placements: NSIT wins on software, DTU wins on core and non-tech. Both have equal number of opportunities.

Congratulations on getting a good rank in JEE Mains. Both the colleges DTU and NSIT are among the top engineering colleges, but if we have to choose one of them, I will choose DTU over NSIT because fee of DTU is less than NSIT and campus life and Fest of DTU is also better, DTU is like a small city in itself.
