I got ece in Bipin tripathi institute of technology Dwarahat in 1st round. Would it be risky to leave seat and wait for 2nd round?

yes sometime oit i srisky because the college has been alloted to your rank if you miss the seat then there are less chance thay you will get seat in that same college because then in 2 nd pcunseling they will take higher rank students than you. so take your decissio wisely. all the best have agreat future ahead.
