Hello,
There will be different in the core subjects you read.For ECE it will be communication subjects and for EEE its Electrical However Electronics will be common.
But for placements EEE will have more oppurtunities in the governament sectors.But for private companies ECE will be having more placements compared to rthat of ECE.
