I got ECE seat in NIT Allahabad but i want ECE in NIT Warangal. So if i take admission in NITA, would my money(86000) be refunded for NITW?

Hello Aman,
You can apply for upgradation after taking provisional admission. Once you are getting a change in course or college the same fees amount will be transferred to the other college.
In case you want to apply for spot admission then you should withdraw the alloted seat and then apply for spot round, in this case the fee will be refunded.
