As per your rank which is 34k rank and taking into consideration that you belong to general category so let me tell you that in this rank it's difficult to get cse in vvit but you have fair chances to get ece or is.
But there are various factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs, and difficulty level of the paper.
