I got emcet rank 4600 and i got AU regional rank 2175 do i have a chance to get a seat in bsc agriculture

The probability of securing seat not only depends on rank and cut offs but also on category, reservations applicable.
Having not provided that I'll give you general analysis.
In general there are few chances to secure seat in the university which will again depend on category .
