As per your rank, you can get prestigious college .Moreover,this year cut off has increased than the other year.It's quite difficult to predict chances.

Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.This year all India quota the cutoffs may be higher than the other years, that is why any score less than 590 or 600 out of 720 is less.For Dental also, you have to get at least 550 marks in Neet if you are a general category student.

As you have not mentioned any specific state it is quite difficult for us to remark your admission chances in your respective states.

However , the above criteria may vary depending on whether you want to get admitted to a college in SQ where the 85% seats are reserved or you want a college across India using the 15% all India quota, also it also depends whether it will be government college or private college.
If you want government college, you should have marks above 380 and if you want to get the opportunity of getting chance in the top colleges in India your marks should be around 400.
