I got gate rank 4334 in ECE,gate score 522 and i am from general category.can i get VLSI in anna University?

Your caste and category plays an important role. If you would be from SC/ST/OBC you could have an advantage of reservation but if not chances are very low. As the cutoff is slightly higher in comparison to your marks. And you also belong to general category. So you can give a try.
