The cutoffs of RCFL is high unless you are from reserved categories. So,there is a thin chance to get a call for interview.You can apply to other PSUs and you can also prepare for one more year to get a good score and good rank to get a call from the PSUs like BPCL, IOCL,HPCL,etc.

So,work hard.
