I got Gen rank 18707 and OS rank 962 and i belong from jharkhand so my which rank will be considered for counselling and according to which i will get college?

You haven't mention which exam you get this rank. Without knowing the exam name it is difficult to tell which college you may get at this rank. Please mention the exam name so I'll tell you the colleges you may get . If you get any Good colleges than which college you may get at this rank. If you have Caste certificate than Category rank would be considered in Counselling. .if you don't have certificate of central list then general rank is considered so make sure you have all documents which are required in document verification process.
