I got general CRL 1199 rank in JEE mains paper 2... suggest best college for my rank...?

Hello Hari

You have an excellent rank and could get into some top NITs like nit Tiruchirappalli nit Rourkela and nit Surathkal. You could also get your desired branch if you compromise on the best college. Your JEE advanced score would help you to decide whether you could apply for IITs as well.
