I got gn rank 39611 and bc rank 12335 in upsee 2019... I'm obc can i get any govt college with EC branch

The chances are less to get a Government college for ECE branch but the other admission chances you can have Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad, SD College of Engineering and Technology, Muzaffarnagar, Seth Sriniwas Agarwal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kanpur etc.
