i got GN1630 or OS30 in uptu would i get government college in MBA?

Dear aspirant,
With the rank you have scored in general category and seeing the cutoffs for previous years it is bit difficult to get a government institute under UPSEE as the cutoffs are very low for MBA course.
I am mentioning cutoffs for government college-
