I got HNLU in my 1st and 2nd list. Is there any chance for me to get NLU Jodhpur in the 3rd list. My Category Rank [SC] is 94.

Admission in NLU is based on All India Rank not SC Rank. If you can share your All India Rank then we can have a look at the possibilities of your admission in Nlu Jodhpur.
