I got Horticulture University in ICAR counseling in first allotment but I wish to get an Agriculture University in the following allotments so what should I do?

Hi, you can change your preferences after every allotment. So, if you have been allotted Horticulture university in first allotment than you can put all the agriculture universities that you wish to apply to up as your preference in second allotment.
