I got IGDTUW in IT branch in 1st round counselling.. Should I go for the 2nd round counselling in CS branch of IGDTUW??

If you want you can but Both CSE and IT are same but there are some different subjects interchanged in the semester. You can read them as per your choice in your free time. The important thing is skills and coding part. If you can make them at your best you are good at both the branches.
