I got ihm gandhinar in 1st round but I also want to appear for the 2nd round.So can I freeze my lock for gandhinagar and go for 2nd round ?

Subesquent rounds are for the upgradation of colleges. So, the best option that's available to you would be provided if you have locked your choice before second round of counselling sear allotment.
