Yes your seat in iiit bbsr will be there if you had fixed the seat and then opted to participate in the csab spot round councelling . Till 7th round if you had visited your college to hold you seat by giving the money and document verification then your seat will be waited .

If not then once you applied for spot round your seat would have been counted under vacant seats.
