It will depend on which course you want to pursue.

If you want to a 4-year B.E./B.Tech course or a 5-year B.Tech + M.Tech (Dual Degree) course, then, unfortunately, you will not be able to get any branch.

But, if you want to do a 5-year B.Arch course, then you might get it in the 2nd or 3rd round.

If you want to do a 5-year Integrated M.Sc course, then you can also get Exploration Geophysics branch apart from Applied Geology.
