Hey,
You have secured very less marks in NEET 2019, it's very near to the qualifying marks, which is 119 for UR category, but for a government BAMS college, you would require 420+ marks to get admission. So you have absolutely no chances of getting admission. If you are trying for management quota in private colleges, then you may do so but the fees will be too high. Hope this helps.
